what quanto is

Quanto is a Discord bot and a web dashboard built for Emergency Hamburg roleplay communities. It provides moderation, factions, tickets, team management, and related tools.

The service is offered free of charge. There is no paid plan today. If paid features are introduced later, they will be governed by additional terms presented at the point of purchase.

account & eligibility

You sign in with Discord. You must be at least 16 years old to use Quanto. By signing in you confirm that your use of Discord complies with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. We treat any action taken via your authenticated session as taken by you.

acceptable use

When using Quanto you agree not to:

• abuse the bot, spam endpoints, or attempt to overload the service
• scrape, mirror, or resell the service or its data
• use Quanto to harass, dox, or coordinate illegal activity
• reverse engineer, circumvent rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure
• upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates German law

your content

Anything you create or upload through Quanto (configurations, faction data, audit notes, etc.) stays yours. You keep all rights.

You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content strictly as needed to run the service for you and your team.

availability

Quanto is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and no support window. Features may change, be removed, or break temporarily.

Before a permanent shutdown, the operator will give reasonable advance notice in the dashboard so you can export your data.

termination

You can stop using Quanto at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data via the contact email below.

The operator may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.

liability

Quanto is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Because the service is offered free of charge, the operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence (analogous to §§ 521, 599 BGB). For damages caused by simple negligence, liability is excluded except where mandatory law (e.g. injury to life, body, or health, Produkthaftungsgesetz) provides otherwise.

changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
